A very worthwhile course for real estate finance modellers of all levels, from beginners to those looking to refine their skills. Maria was very thorough and diligent in her explanation, taking us through the basic principles of building a cash flow in Excel to refining our inputs and detailed variables. A great course and highly recommended to anyone looking to enhance their excel and real estate modelling skills. I will definitely be coming back for the advanced course.
