I attended a course on property valuation and financial modeling run by Maria. She was an extremely knowledgeable and professional trainer. She was also very patient, friendly and approachable when we asked her questions, taking time to explain and make sure we all fully understood the concepts. I also appreciated the fact that her tuition was very hands-on, with lots of practice creating our own models in Excel. I would highly recommend Maria to anyone considering doing a property-related valuation or financial modelling course.
