Very useful and relative. I can imagine applying everything I learned to improve the quality of my work. Maria did a really good job. The only thing I would suggest is to try to make it a bit more dynamic. Sometimes the long silences after a question just felt a bit too long. This of course depends very much on the participants, but maybe the teacher needs to address that more straightforwardly and, to either encourage more participation or move on faster. Having said that, I really appreciated the fact that Maria always took her time to answer questions and try to give everyone a fair chance of not falling behind.
