Prior to InProp Capital, Ricardo was a Real Estate Strategist at Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s where he developed the property derivatives trading strategies for the bank’s clients. Ricardo’s innovative views on risk management and property derivatives meant that he has published in high-impact academic journals, such as The Journal of Real Estate Finance and Economics (2007 & 2009), Econometrics and Risk Management (2008) and international property conferences.
