2020 has been a strange year, for everybody, I cannot think of anybody who has not been affected by the pandemic, but Cambridge Finance adapted and evolved to ensure professional training could continue in a safe and legal manner.
We started the year with our traditional face to face courses but moved to virtual classrooms in line with government guidelines towards the end of March.
We have offered 9 different courses over 31 sessions and seen 188 delegates in 2020.
A new course was introduced in October – Understanding Commercial property Valuation, this received excellent feedback and returns in 2021.

Most popular was our Certificate in Real Estate Financial Modelling, incorporating real estate investment and debt structures. These courses have been improved using delegate feedback and are back for 2021, occurring every two months in the virtual classroom format. Januarys course was sold out by the end of November and we are taking bookings for March.
We enter the new year with determination, offering another new course – Climate Risk and Commercial property Valuation starting in February and our soon to be launched ‘Introduction to Real Estate Life Cycles’ eLearning course.
